Every Other Day Diet is based on a unique concept: The first day you eat foods rich in protein that help you burn fat fast, but on the other day, we can virtually eat what you want. And that includes things like pizza and hamburgers.

The Every Other Day Diet is a diet developed by John Daugirdas in his book The QOD Diet: eat well every day. This diet proposes the idea that you eat relatively normally in a day, but in the second day switches to a low-calorie fast. The idea is that people stick with a diet that allows them to eat relatively normally on alternate days. This concept of intermittent fasting has shown some early promise in mice with the job in terms of combating the disease. In addition, there has been some work indicating that a fast every other day can extend the life.
